Hi, I’m Amber Lowry—CEO, farmer, mom of five, and serial entrepreneur. My Workday® journey began more than ten years ago, back when I was employee #735 at Workday®. Being part of that early startup magic gave me a front-row seat to true innovation and I’ve been hooked ever since.
Over the years, I’ve seen the ecosystem from nearly every angle: consulting partner, end client, independent consultant. Those experiences lit a spark the ecosystem needed a new way to solve some old challenges. That spark became Syssero. Syssero was built on a simple mission: advance the solution and empower people.
From there, Systics was born, driven by the vision of creating innovative tools and products that make Workday® smarter, faster, and more intuitive. And with Synneca, our shared services hub, we’re creating an ecosystem of companies that don’t just support Workday®, but push it forward. What keeps me going? Tackling new challenges and finding creative ways to solve them.
Whether it’s helping a client unravel a complex Workday® issue or imagining the next product to fill a gap in the ecosystem, I’m energized by finding better paths forward. Outside of the boardroom, you’ll usually find me in boots and gloves working on the farm, growing food (and mushrooms!), raising animals, and chasing after five incredible kids.
