Job Overview:
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. This role involves designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, understands user-centered design principles, and can translate client needs into seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and marketers to design user-friendly websites and applications.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Deliver high-quality assets using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
- Knowledge of responsive design and usability principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
